Yoga for Deep Calm: A Gentle Reset
A weekly 1-hour online practice to help you slow down and calm your nervous system.
This weekly 1-hour online class is available for anyone who feels burned out and overstimulated, the fast pace of life if just not aligning right now or you need rest but you find it difficult to give yourself that break. This is also for anyone who wants to move gently, without pushing.
Through gentle, grounding movement, calming breathwork, and meditation, we’ll focus on calming your nervous system and creating space for your body and mind to exhale.
This class is accessible to all levels; no advanced flexibility or yoga experience is needed.
When: Saturdays at 9am EST (recurring weekly)
Where: Online via Zoom
Investment: $15 per class
