Yoga for Burnout Recovery: Calm, Restore, Reset

A weekly 1-hour online practice to help you rest, regulate, and return to yourself.

This weekly 1-hour online class is available for anyone who feels burned out, overwhelmed, stretched thin, tired and like you give more than you receive.

Whether your exhaustion comes from work, caregiving, or simply the demands of daily life, this practice offers a place to pause, breathe and pour back into yourself.

 

Through gentle, grounding movement, calming breathwork, and meditation, we’ll focus on calming your nervous system and creating space for your body and mind to exhale.

This class is accessible to all levels; no advanced flexibility or yoga experience is needed.

When: Thursdays at 7pm EST (recurring weekly)
Where: Online via Zoom
Investment: $15 per class

These classes are offered as general wellness guidance and are not a replacement for medical or physiotherapy care.
